Job Summary

The MOC Coordinator will be responsible to act as a coordinator concerning our change management process and should possess strong data management and technical skills. The successful candidate will conduct MOC reviews with multi-functional groups to determine applicability to the program and help facilitate discussions and knowledge sharing.  The MOC coordinator will also take a lead administrative role in managing the PSSR process, when required under the program, through on-site support, capturing action items, and subsequent follow-up of action items to closure.  This position is located in Parachute, CO


The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Oil and Gas experience.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to convey information to others effectively and efficiently while working under pressure
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, having the ability to work across departmental boundaries with individuals of diverse competencies and level of authority
  • Computer skills should include experience with Microsoft Office applications and a demonstrated ability to learn new applications
  • Prior experience with Process Safety elements such as management of change, procedures, process hazard analysis, cause and effect, process safety information, pre start up safety reviews, training and mechanical integrity preferred


  • Focus on providing services to multiple teams and departments
  • Support awareness, training and communication of MOC process to others while enhancing our process safety culture
  • Coordinate change management process while maintaining alignment with established MOC process
  • Perform quality control of documentation and process safety information gathering
  • Collaborate and coordinate MOC process with engineering and operations
  • Track and communicate progress of projects to all affected parties
  • Assist with internal auditing and process improvements
  • Assigning of tasks, completion of tasks and document upload to an MOC tracking system

Work Environment:

  • An employee in this job is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions, often exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, and has a risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment may be loud. All field activities require proper PPE including steel toed boots, FRC clothes, hardhat, safety rated eye protection, gloves or applicable hand protection.

The salary range for the position is $35.00 – $45.00, based on knowledge, skill, ability, experience and performance.
