Location:             Parachute, CO


Terra Energy Partners is seeking a hands-on, self-motivated, dependable, strong work ethic, well-organized and results-oriented professional with the ability to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting deadlines and goals.  The candidate for this position will have the responsibility but not limited to electrical installation/repairs, motor controls, building/programing PLC, network maintenance, automation/ process controls and construction/integration of new facilities.


  • Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, and repair of PLCs, plunger lift control, wellhead telemetry, radio networking, pressure transducers and tank transmitters.
  • Support field operations.
  • Ability to organize daily work assignments, installation and service calls.
  • Learn and stay current with latest technologies related to Automation products.
  • Manage contractor projects under budget and on time.
  • Efficient communication with utilities companies
  • Troubleshoot/Repair Injection Facilities, Water management Facilities and Compressors Stations.


  • 2 + years’ experience in automation and electrical installation.
  • Electrician journey man license preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivator with strong organization skills.
  • Familiar with SCADA Systems.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Work in adverse weather conditions.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Good driving record.
  • Knowledge in use of Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • High School Diploma.

Mental and Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to hold or feel, reach with hands and arms, walk, talk, smell and hear. The employee is frequently required to drive, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, carry and crawl. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception. The employee regularly lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 100 pounds.

Work Environment:

An employee in this job is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions, often exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, and has a risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment may be loud. All field activities require proper PPE including steel toed boots, FRC clothes, hardhat, safety rated eye protection, gloves, or applicable hand protection.
