Greg Hinds is currently the owner of Fenceline Minerals, where he advises clients on various private mineral leasing matters. Mr. Hinds is recently retired from Jagged Peak Energy, where he was a founder and served as Chief Operating Officer for the majority of his time there. Prior to Jagged Peak, Mr. Hinds served in a number of roles from field level geologist to senior level management for multiple companies including Ute Energy, Bill Barrett Corporation, Pennaco Energy and Barrett Resources.

Mr. Hinds began his career as an Exploration Geologist with Enserch Exploration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science from Texas A&M University.
