Lathan Henderson serves as Terra’s Vice President of Business Development and is primarily responsible for evaluating acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures. He joined Terra in 2016 as a Reservoir Engineer, initially focused on optimizing capital deployment on Terra’s Piceance Basin assets. Prior to joining Terra, Mr. Henderson worked as a Reservoir Engineer for California Resources Corporation and Occidental Petroleum Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, with a minor in Computational & Applied Mathematics, from Rice University.
